摘　　要：在考察了区域科技创新研究现状的基础上,借鉴生命科学理论,揭示了区域科技发展的特征和过程。界定了区域科技创新战略的内涵,给出了区域科技创新战略架构,以及制定区域科技创新战略应遵循的原则;提出了自主创新发展、跟踪模仿创新和合作创新发展3种区域科技发展战略模式。Based on present situation of region science and technology innovation, the connotation of regional science and technology innovation strategy is limited. Regional science and technology innovation strategy overhead construction is produced. The principle is proposed which the regional science and technology innovation strategy should follow. Three kinds of regional science and technology developmental strategy pattern which inelude independent innovation development, the track imitation innovation, and the cooperation innovation development are proposed.
