摘　　要：面对世界经济全球化和市场一体化的趋势,我国曾承诺在入世2年之后启动加入WTO《政府采购协议》的谈判,现在加入《政府采购协议》已势在必行。将我国政府采购制度与《政府采购协议》进行了对比分析,就如何进一步建立和完善我国政府采购制度及在加入《政府采购协议》后,如何更好地履行政府采购职能提出了一些建议。China has once pledged to start GPA （Government Procurement Agreement） negotiations after entry WTO for two years. Moreover faced with the world economic globalization and under the market integration tendency; it becomes imperative for China to join GPA. Compared the government procurement system in our country with GPA, some suggestions are presented on how to establish and consummate the government procurement system in China and how to better fulfill government procurement function after joining GPA.
