摘　　要：企业生产绿色产品主要是因为国家法律的规定、市场竞争的需要、提高生产率的需要以及提升品牌和企业形象的需要。但是,由于企业认知障碍、经济障碍、技术的不确定性和信息障碍的存在,需要政府绿色采购的推动企业绿色生产。分析了政府绿色采购如何引导与影响企业生产行为,以构建自然、政府与企业的和谐关系,促进经济发展与人口、资源、环境相协调。The main reasons that enterprises manufacture green products are because of law, marketing competition,productivity and the promotion of brands ＆ CIS. However, government green purchasing is very vital because enterprises have many barriers to promote green product, such as barriers of knowledge, economic, technology and information. It shows that green government purchasing can support a number of crucial policy objectives. Harmonious relationships should be established among nature, government and enterprises by teaching enterprises to manufacture green products.
