摘　　要：通过借鉴自然生态系统的原理和方法,提出了风险投资生态系统的概念,并从系统的构成要素和行为要素2个方面对比了两者之间的区别和联系;同时构建了风险投资生态系统框架,并分析了风险投资生态系统具有的特征。The concept of the venture capital ecosystem is put forward by using the principle and method of the natural ecosystem. The difference and relation of the essential factor and the behavior of system are compared. A ramework of the venture capital ecosystem is designed, and the characteristic of the venture capital ecosystem is analyzed.
