摘　　要：利用预警管理的原理,构建了空中交通管理中心安全预警管理信息系统;提出了空管中心安全预警管理的组织结构、运行模式、安全评价体系和评价模型。同时分析了空管中心预警管理的业务流程和数据流程,提出了系统的功能结构和采用的算法,为空管中心的安全预警管理提供信息化管理的工具,并探索了空管中心预警管理的新的解决方法。According to the early warning management principle, management information system of the safety early warning for air traffic control （ATC） center is constructed. The organization structure, the work model, the safety evaluation system and the appraisal model of safety early warning management are proposed. Having ana- lyzed the ATC center early warning management service flow and data flow, the system function structure and the algorithm are put forward. The informationization management tools for the safety early warning management are offered, and a new solution of early warning management for an ATC is explored.
