企业危机的内部诱因及其预警系统的构建

摘　　要：企业危机对企业的生存和发展均产生了巨大冲击与破坏,已经引起国内外广大学者的关注。引起企业危机的原因既有外在原因,也有内在原因,但更应该清楚地认识到掌握其内在原因是进行企业危机管理的根本。着重分析了企业危机的内部诱因,并提出了构建企业危机预警系统的建议。Corporate crisis, which has a severe impact and damage on the existence and development of the enterprises,is now becoming a big concern among the academics at home and abroad. The corporate crisis could happen due to both external and internal causes, and the latter could be more destructive. The internal causes for corporate crisis are analyzed, and then how to establish a prealarming system against the corporate crisis are proposed.
