摘　　要：IT项目成员的高离职率成为了企业关注的焦点。降低项目成员离职率,完善成员离职预警管理体系,对企业来说有着非常重要的意义。首先根据IT项目成员的特点设计了离职预警指标体系,然后通过对统计数据的分析和拟合,得出了IT项目成员离职预警模型,并对模型及其因素进行了显著性检验;最后,对计算结果进行了分析并得出结论。High turnover rate of IT project members has been the focus that calls the attention of enterprises, which means a lot for the enterprises to reduce the turnover rate and perfect the early warning management system of the members＇ turnover. The early warning index system of turnover according to the characteristic of IT project members is designed. Through the analysis and fitting of the statistic data, the early warning model of IT project members＇ turnover is made and the significance test of the model and the factors is also done. The results are analyzed and the conclusion is drawn.
