摘　　要：财政支出绩效评价有利于提高政府管理效率、财政资金使用效益和公共服务水平。构建有效的财政支出绩效评价体系关键在于选择适当的评价方法、确立完善的评价指标体系和制定科学的评价标准。The fiscal expenditure performance evaluation is beneficial to improving the government management efficiency, the benefit of fiscal fund and the public service level. To establish effective performance evaluation system on fiscal expenditure depends on appropriate evaluation method, the perfect evaluation target system, the scientific evaluation criteria.
