浦东新区空间信息产业与发展对策

摘　　要：空间信息产业是以现代科学技术中的3S技术为基础发展起来的综合性高新技术产业。根据国内外空间信息产业发展情况,在进行大量调研的基础上,运用GIS软件进行了空间地理数据处理,对浦东新区空间信息产业的空间分布态势、企业相关性和产业链特点等方面进行分析论证,指出浦东新区空间信息产业目前发展的优势、存在问题、发展目标、发展模式、产业主导方向,提出了调整部门产业结构、推进空间信息产业标准化、构建产学研结合的创新体系、推进数据资源共享和建立行业协会等发展对策。Spatial information industry is an integrated high technology industry based on RS, GPS and GIS. Based on a great deal of investigations and the actuality of spatial information industry home and overseas, the paper has handled the space geographical feature data by the GISsoftware, analyzed the spacious location, enterprise correlativity and the chain characteristic of Pudong new area spatial inforation enterprises, pointed out the advantage and problems, development targets, development pattern, dominant development direction, put forward several countermeasures such as adjusting the structure, promoting the standardization of spatial information industry, establishing the innovation system and advance the data sharing.
