摘　　要：文章以苏州工业园区金墅国际公寓静压管桩施工为例,介绍了静压管桩施工对周边管线、建筑物安全的影响及施工中采取的措施。Taking the static pressure tube pile construction in Jinshu International Apartment of Suzhou lndustrial Park, this article introduces the influence of the engineering has on the surrounding pipeline and buildings and the control measures adopled.
