摘　　要：简要论述随着我国高等院校办学规模的不断扩大,高校图书馆面临资源不足等问题;并从信息资源、人力资源、设施资源等三方面,提出建立共建共享机制,拓展图书信息资源;开展咨询,建立共同决策,充分开发利用师生智力资源机制;采用因地制宜,设立专业资料室,扩展设施资源等措施,多方发展策略,达到高校图书馆资源的充分开发与合理利用。Brief discussed the problems like lack resources in college library,when college dimensions incessant dilation in our country. And from communication,manpower and establishment three aspect,bring forward corresponding measures,like upbuild the conjunct instauration and participation mechanism,to developed consultation,decision-making together mechanisms,establish specialties database adjust measures to local conditions,etc,to develop communication resource,to empolder and utilize the intelligence of teacher and students adequately, to enlarge the establishments and so on, achieved exploitation and utilization resource of library adequately and reasonably in college.
