肿瘤坏死因子—α(TNF—α)对离体人体黄体细胞孕酮生成的影响

摘　　要：用离体人黄体细胞长期培养和放射免疫分析法观察肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)对孕酮分泌和cAMP生成的影响。结果表明:TNF-a显著抑制离体人黄体细胞基础孕酮分泌,TNF-a预处理24小时抑制其后4小时hCG诱导cAMP生成,其抑制作用具有显著的剂量依赖关系。In this paper, We observed the effect of TNE-α on progesterone release, and the formation of cAMP by the methods of culturing human.luteal cells in vitro for long time and radio-immunity analysis. The results showed. TNF-α significantly inhibited the basal progesterone secretion by human lu teal cells in vitro with a dose dependent manner and pretreatment with TNF- α. for 24h signifivant inhibited hCG-induced cAMP production.The inhibited function have obvious dependent relations with dose.
