摘 要:本实验采用离体孵育黄体细胞方法,观察了cAMP、OT加cAMP对孕酮生成的影响。结果显示,三种不同浓度cAMP均致孕酮生成,且呈剂量反应关系。向孵育介质中分别加入OT50U和三种不同浓度的cAMP,结果表明,OT与cAMP有协同致孕酮生成作用,但随cAMP浓度的增加,孕酮生成量则降低。结果提示,OT促孕酮生成的机制可能还存在其他作用途径。In this experiment, the rabbit luteal cells were used with digested of DNAase-collegnase and the effect of cAMP,oxytocin plus cAMP on progeste rone production were observed.The results showed that three different con centration cAMP stimulated the production of progesterone in a dose-depen dent manner. When OT 50U plus three different concentration cAMP were added into incubation media, the output of progesterone was increased effe ct in cooperation by rabbit luteal cells in vitro. But along with the concen tration of cAMP progesterone production was decreased. The results sugges ted that the mechanism of oxytocin enhancement the production of proges terone could be exist other way.
