摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌疾病。目前,与该病相关的一些关键因素,如流行病学、病因学、病理生理学、诊断和治疗等尚不十分清楚。本文旨在介绍近年来山东大学从基础到临床开展的PCOS相关系列研究。Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is the most common endocrine disorder of reproductive-aged women. Currently, certain key relevant factors such as the epidemiology, etiology, pathophy-siology, diagnosis, and therapy, etc. , have not been fully understood. In this regard, PCOS is becoming a hot-spot as well as a real challenge in the area of gynecologic endocrinology. The main purpose of the present paper is to introduce the available data, ranging from basic research to the clinic study, from our serial studies on PCOS in the Reproductive Center of Shandong University.
