摘  要:[目的]为了对广西新育成的和引进的水稻品种(组合)及新挖掘的野生稻材料进行抗细菌性条斑病性的鉴定。[方法]于2005-2006年,以水稻细菌性条斑病菌JZ-8菌株为供试菌株,用改良针刺法在分蘖期对来自广西区试、国际稻圃和南宁野生稻圃的1 251份稻种材料进行抗细菌性条斑病性的人工接种鉴定。[结果]1 251份稻种材料中,抗性材料为11份,占0.9%,中抗材料为52份,占4.2%,其余为中感以下材料。抗性材料的比例因稻型和来源不同而异。IR32720-138-2-1-1-2I、R43449-4-3-43-3、No.733等11份材料对广西细菌性条斑病菌不同致病型具有广谱抗性。[结论]该研究在国内首次对广西野生稻种质资源抗细条病性进行鉴定。在所测试的977份广西野生稻材料中对当地优势菌群抗性反应达到抗性级别的有9份,达到中抗性级别的材料有37份。[ Objective] The aim study was to identify the resistance of rice materials from new bred and instructed varieties (lines) and developed wild rice materials against bacterial leaf streak in Guangxi province. [Method] With Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzicola Dye JZ-8 strain as tested strain, in 2005 - 2006, the resistance of 1 251 rice materials from Guangxi Area Test. International Rice Nursery and Nanning Wild Rice Nursery against bacterial leaf streak were identified by a modified needle puncture method under artificial inoculation in tillering stage. [Result] Among 1 251 rice materials, the percentages of resistant and moderately resistant rice materials were 0.9% and 4.2%, respectively. And the remaining materials were susceptible to the pathogen. The proportion of resistant rice materials varied with rice types and geographic origin. 11 rice materials such as IR2720-138-2-1-1-2, IR43449- 4-3-43-3 and No.733 showed a wide spectrum resistance against different pathotypes of bacterial leaf steak in Guangxi province. [Conclusion] This study was first to identify the resistance of wild rice germplasm in Guangxi province against bacterial leaf streak in China. Among tested 977 wild rice materials, there were 9 materials with resistance to local superiority micmflora and 37 materials with middle resistance.
