摘　　要：提出河南省农村住宅建设中存在的质量与安全问题,对其成因进行了分析,最后提出相应对策。The problems of quality and safety existed in the construction of rural residence in Henan Province were analyzed, Its cause of formation was studied. Finally, the cotmtermeasures were put forward.
