摘　　要：20世纪30年代,中华平民教育促进会在河北省定县开创了农村公共卫生实验区,自下而上开展农村卫生保健事业,创造了由村到区到县的三级卫生保健制度,为解决大多数农民缺医少药的状况进行了有益的探索。In 1930s, Mass Education Association set up country public health experiment area in Dingxian County of Hebei Province, carried out country health care services from basic to top level, created three- level health care system from village to district and county, and made valuable research on resolution to the problem of most farmers＇ lacking health care services.
