山东棉花生产优劣势分析与发展对策研究

摘　　要：本文对发展山东棉花生产优势、劣势进行分析,结果表明:发展我省棉花生产在棉纤维品质、消费量、植棉效益、流通成本及植棉科技含量方面具有一定优势,但在规模、原纤维质量、流通体制、财政投入及认知上有一定的不足。在以上研究的基础上提出加强宏观调控、优化生产布局、提高棉花质量及科技植棉等对策建议。Through the analysis of predominance and feebleness of Shandong＇s cotton production,it＇s confirmed that Shandong＇s cotton industry has advantages in quality,consumption,benefit,current cost and science and technique content of cotton planting,but deficiencies also lie in scale,quality of fiber,circulating system,with a lack of finance investment in research and enough mental recognition.On the basis of the study above,some good strategies are summarized for the further development of Shandong＇s cotton industry,as follows：reinforcing macroscopical adjustment,optimizing the industry＇s distribution,improving the quality of cotton,and then relying on technology,accelerating the development of cotton industry.
