益母草注射液对猪冠脉螺旋条影响的实验研究

摘　　要：本文报道了不同剂量益母草注射液对猪冠脉螺旋条的作用，结果表明，较低浓度的益母草注射液（100mg～200mg／ml）能使冠脉条轻微舒张，较高浓度（300m～1000mg／ml）则有收缩反应，并呈明显的量效依赖关系，而且对较低浓度的KCl（10mmol／L）引起的冠脉收缩有明显的增强作用，且呈量效关系，因此提示，临床应用该药治疗心绞痛应注意小剂量，不宜过量使用。The effect of Injection Lig Motherwort (ILM) with various dosages on the spiral strips of porcine coronary artery (SPCA) was reported in this paper. The results showed that the SPCA was lightly dilated with lower concentratlon of ILM and contracted with higher concentration. The contraction effect of lower concentration of KCl on SPCA was increased by ILM. It was suggested that there existed dose-effect relationship and the application of ILM to the treatment of coronarism should be in small dosage in clinical prac tice.
