摘 要:采用HPWA/SBA-15催化剂对苯与长链烯烃的烷基化反应过程进行了研究。反应过程在固定床反应器中进行,且消除了内外扩散的影响。在反应压力2.0 MPa,原料苯烯摩尔比10∶1的条件下,改变反应温度和质量空速得到了烷基化反应本征动力学实验数据。实际动力学方程计算线形回归约为r=kcA,频率因子k0=2.35×1019h-1,反应活化能Ea=153.93 kJ/mol。依据L-H和R-E机理推导出的模型方程约为r=k′cA,频率因子k0′=1.08×1019h-1,活化能Ea=151.39 kJ/mol。因此,可近似认为表面反应是反应的速率控制步骤。The alkylation of benzene with long-chain alkene was investigated using HPWA/SBA-15 as catalyst. The reaction carried out in a pint-sized fixed-bed reactor under the conditions with the effect of internal and external diffusion eliminated. The experimental intrinsic kinetics data of forming alkylbenzene for different reaction temperature,WHSV and catalyst radius were gained when molar ratio of benzene and alkene is 10 and reaction pressure is 2.0 MPa. Practical kinetic model of the reaetion,r = kcA ,was found by computing the data. At the same time,theoretical model ,r = k'cA, was derived from L-H and R-E theory. The two models showed that surface reaction was the reaction rate controlling step.
