摘　　要：近年来,我国有一批高等专科学校相继升格为本科院校,这给这些学校的学报带来了新的发展机遇,也带来了新的挑战。要办好学报,就要有一个明确而科学的定位。新升本科院校的学报应立足现实,树立开放办刊理念,办出自己的特色,科学谋划学报的可持续发展之路。In recent years, a large number of three-year colleges have been successively upgraded to regular colleges in China, which gives the journal concerned opportunities and challenges as well. To run a journal successfully, a clear and scientific orientation is run it openly with its own feature, taking required. The journal of new regular colleges should be based on reality and the road of sustainable development.
