摘 要:研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下,Sn(Ⅳ)同甘露醇和邻苯三酚红的显色反应。结果表明,pH0.8的一氯乙酸缓冲溶液中,Sn(Ⅳ)与甘露醇、邻苯三酚红、CTMAB形成摩尔比为1:1:2:1的紫红色络合物,其最大吸收波长在535nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.0×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1。25mL溶液中Sn(Ⅳ)量在0~75μg范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9997。方法直接用于铝、铜合金中微量锡的测定,相对标准偏差为0.75%~4.6%,结果同认定值相吻合。The color reaction of tin(Ⅳ) with mannitol and pyrogallor red(PR)was studied spectrophotometrically. In the medium of chloracetic acid(pH 0.8) and in the presence of CTMAB,an aubergine complex with a Sn(Ⅳ): mannital : PR : CTMAB ratio of 1:1:2:1 was formed. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 535 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0--75μg/25 mL for Sn(Ⅳ). The apparent molar absorptivity is 3.0×10^3L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 , and the relative standard deviation for six determination of aluminum in samples is 0. 75%--4. 6%. The method can be applied to the determination of trace Sn(Ⅳ) in aluminum alloy and copper alloy. The results obtained by this method are in good agreement with certified values.
