摘　　要：目的探讨肌皮瓣在组织修复中的应用。方法早期采用各种肌皮瓣修复各种创伤伤所致的组织缺损，观察修复效果。结果37例患者，均经一期手术获修复，肌皮瓣完全成活，其中28例随访3—6个月，效果理想。结论早期利用各种肌皮瓣修复创伤缺损，有利于创伤组织的恢复。[ Objective] To explore the application of musculocutaneous flap in tissue reconstruction. [ Methods] All sorts of musculocutaneous/laps were adopted to reconstruct the damaged tissues caused by injuries in the early stage; the effect was observed. [ Results] The musculocutaneous flaps were all alive in the 37 cases; 28 cases were followed up and found with satisfactory effect. [ Conclusion] Using musculocutaneous flaps to reconstruct the damaged tissues is beneficial for the recovery of damaged tissues.
