母猪喂服中药黄白痢散对吮乳仔猪抗氧化功能的影响

摘　　要：选取品种、胎次、分娩期相近的10头待产母猪,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组5头。产前5-7d开始,试验组母猪每头每天分别喂黄白痢散100g,产后1-2d连喂2次,之后每隔5d再喂一次,直至断奶。对照组母猪饲喂不添加黄白痢散的基础日粮。分娩后从其中选取日龄相同、产仔数相近(8-10头)的仔猪各3窝,作为试验仔猪。所有仔猪从7日龄开始诱食。于仔猪出生后的15、30d从每窝仔猪中随机选取体重相近的公、母仔猪各1头采血,检测抗氧化指标并进行分析,观察母猪喂服中药黄白痢散对吮乳仔猪抗氧化功能的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,15日龄时,试验组吮乳仔猪T-AOC、GSH-Px、SOD活性和MDA含量变化不明显;30日龄时,试验组吮乳仔猪T-AOC提高(P<0.01),MDA的含量降低(P<0.05),GSH-Px、SOD活性升高,但差异不显著,提示给母猪喂服中药黄白痢散能够增强吮乳仔猪机体清除自由基的能力,减弱脂质过氧化的程度,从而提高其抗氧化功能。10 farrowing sows which have similar species,fetal numbers and farrowing dates were randomly divided into two groups,one of which was used for the treatment and the other was as control.Huangbailisan was given at the dose of 50g to each sow of the treatment group in 5-7days before farrowing for one day,in 1-2days after farrowing for 2 successive days and then once again at interval of 5 days until weaning,the control group was fed with basel diet.3 litters piglets with same farrowing dates in each group were selected as tested pglets.Blood samples of two pglets in each litter on 15 and 30 day after farrowing were collected respectively and detected so as to investigate the affect of feeding Huangbailisan to sows on antioxidative activity of sucking piglets.The results shoed as follows：on 15^th,T-AOC,GSH-Px,activity of SOD and MDA contents of the treated group had no significant changes compared to the control;on 30^th,T-AOCactivity of the treated group was improved（P〈0.01） and MDA contents was decreased（P〈0.05）,GSH-Px and SOD activity were both enhanced（P〉0.05）.It is concluded that feeding Huangbailisan to sows could improve antioxidation of sucking piglets.
