摘　　要：目的评价社区卫生服务中心实施流程化管理的绩效。方法采取资料研究、个案调查、专家访谈法和SWOT分析方法。结果实施流程化管理前后某社区卫生服务中心服务数量显著增加,对预防满意度间差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论社区卫生服务项目流程化管理对提升社区卫生服务内涵建设有重要意义。Objective To valuate the quality and quantity of community health service center before and after practicing procession management. Methods The data research, individual case investigation, expert interview the and method of SWOT were used. Results The quality and quantity of community health service center before and after practicing procession management were significantly increased; and there was a significant difference in satisfactory degree for prevention （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is very important to practiee procession management in eommunity health service center for promoting the service quality and quantity.
