上海市社区公共卫生服务主要项目流程的研究

摘　　要：目的了解上海市社区卫生服务中心提供的主要公共卫生服务项目的流程。方法采用自行设计的调查表对上海市10所具有代表性的社区卫生服务中心提供的公共卫生服务流程进行调查,并对获得的数据进行统计分析。结果在慢病管理中,提供率达80%以上的项目占所有慢病管理小项目的94%。在22项计划免疫项目中,各项服务项目提供率均达到90%以上。在健康教育中,提供率达80%以上的项目占所有健康教育项目的85%。在妇女保健中,19个小项目的提供率均达到90%以上。在儿童保健中,提供率达到80%的项目占所有儿童保健项目的75%。在精神病防治中,17个项目的提供率均达到90%。在眼病防治中,提供率达到80%以上的项目占所有眼病防治项目的82%。在学校卫生中,提供率达到80%以上的项目占所有学校卫生项目的80%。其他工作中,提供率达到80%以上的项目占所有其他项目中的62%。结论上海市的社区公共卫生服务项目流程提供较完善,基本满足居民对公共预防保健服务的需要。Objective To study the procession of major items of public health services provided by Shanghai community health service centers. Methods Self - designed questionnaires were used to investigate the procession of public health service provided by 10 selected Shanghai community health service centers questionnaire, and analyze statistically the data. Results In the programs of chronic disease management, the programs whose provide ratio is high than 80% counted for 93.55 percent of the total. In the programs of planning immunity, the provide ratio of the total 22 programs was high than 90%. In the programs of health education, the programs whose provide ratio is high than 80% counted for 85 percent of the total 34 programs. In the programs of maternal care, the provide ratio of the total 19 programs is high than 90%. In the programs of child care, the programs of which the provide ratio is high than 80% counted for 75 percent of the total 20 pro- grams. In the programs of prevention and care of psychosis, the provide ratio of the total 17 programs was high than 90%. In the programs of prevention and care of ophthalmopathy, the programs whose provide ratio is high than 80% counted for 81.82 percent of the total 11 programs. In the programs of school hygiene, the programs whose provide ratio is high than 80% counted for 80.00 percent of the total 10 programs. In the, programs of other services, the programs whose provide ratio is high than 80% counted for 61.54 percent of the total 13 programs. Conclusion The public health service in Shanghai is relatively consummate. It satisfies the inhabitants＇demand of public health basically.
