摘　　要：下肢慢性静脉功能不全(chronic venous insufficiency,CVI)是临床上常见的周围血管外科疾病,其发病机制复杂。本文主要从三个方面综述其病因学的研究进展,其中着重介绍了白细胞激活及其诱导的炎症反应在CVI病因学中的重要作用。Chronic venous insufficiency （CVI） of the lower limb is one of the most common vascular diseases in clinical practice and its pathogenesis is complicated. New advances in etiopathogenesis research have been achieved in recent years, This article discusses the progress in etiology in three aspects, putting the stress on introducing the important etiological roles of leukocyte activation and its induced inflammation in the chronic venous insufficiency.
