加权秩和比法在社区卫生服务中心综合评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨加权秩和比法(RSR)在社区卫生服务中心综合评价中的应用效果,为社区卫生服务中心综合评价方法提供实证分析依据。方法采用目的抽样方法,对深圳某区所有60家社区卫生服务中心进行考核测评,并采用RSR对60家社区卫生服务中心的考核结果进行综合评价。并根据RSR分档要求,将评价对象分档。结果评价对象共分为上、中、下3档。经方差分析,3档社区卫生服务中心WRSR值间差异有统计学意义(F=92.83,P=0.000)。结论加权秩和比法实用,计算方法简单,可对全区社区卫生服务中心测评结果进行分档排序,有利于从整体上把握一个地区社区卫生服务中心综合考评分布水平。Objective To discuss the application of WRSR method in the evaluation of the community health center services. Methods 60 community health service centers in one district in Shenzhen city were sampled by questionnaires to evaluate their performances, using WRSR methods. Results The 60 community health service centers were classified into superior, medium and inferior 3 levels according to RSR standard. The score difference of WRSR among the 3 levels was significant at the 05 level. （ F = 92. 83, P = 0. 000）, so the classification is valid. The superior community health centers accounted for 9.52%, medium for 57.14% and inferior for 33.33%. ConclusionWRSR method is a simple and valuable instrument to evaluate the community health service centers performance in the same area.
