摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定葛根异黄酮胶囊葛根素含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC外标法,测定以30%乙醇超声溶解提取葛根异黄酮胶囊的葛根素含量,固定相为Kromasil C18,流动相为甲醇-水（25∶75）,UV检测波长为250 nm。结果：葛根素溶液在9.66-96.60μg/ml浓度范围内浓度与峰面积成良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.51%,RSD=1.55%（n=6）。结论：方法简便具有良好的准确性和精密性,结果可靠。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin in puerariae isoflavones capsule. METHODS 30% alcohol extracted and dissolved puerariae isoflavones capsule with ultrasonic, then puerarin was separated by Kromasil C18 reversed - phase analysis column. The mobile phase was methanol - water = 25 ： 75 （ v/v ） ; the wavelength of detection was UV 250 nm. RESULTS There was a good linearity from 9.66 μg/ml to 96.60 μg/ml （ r = 0. 999 9 ） in concentration and peak area of puerarin. The average recovery of puerariae isoflavones capsule was 99.51% , and the relative standard deviation was 1.55 % （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, veracity and precision; and the results is reliable.
