摘　　要：引航在我国对外开放、促进港航经济持续快速发展方面起着十分重要的作用。就如何改进引航管理及引航安全监督,文章从引航以及引航员的性质入手进行了分析。Pilotage plays a very important role in implementation of the open-door policy and promotion of harbor and shipping economy in China. Through analysis of the nature and characteristics of pilot and piloting, the article discusses the theme of how to enhance the management and safety control of pilotage.
