摘　　要：中国于1980年6月8日向国际海事组织递交批准STCW公约的文件,成为STCW公约的缔约国。对于STCW公约及其修正案,中国积极全面履约,颁布了一系列相应的国内法规。本文回顾了我国履约历程,希望与从事船员管理工作的同仁共同分享我国履约成就,并探讨一些新情况、新问题。China became a party to STCW Convention after handing its ratification document to IMO on June 8, 1980. Since then, China has promulgated a set of relevantnational regulations for effective and full implementation of the STCW Convention and its Amendments. This paper studies the condition of the implementation of STCW78 in China, hoping to share the study with other colleagues.
