摘　　要：对北京建筑工程学院家属楼居住的内环境与外环境进行调研分析,对居住存在的问题进行了调查性研究,提出了改善弱势群体居住空间的可能性,使旧建筑"资源化"可以再利用。This article carries on the investigation and study analysis to the Beijing institute of civil engineering institute family member buildinghousing in environment with the outside environment,has conducted the investigation research to the housing existence question,proposed theim provement the weak community housing space possibility,enables the old construction ＂the resources＂ to be allowed again to use.
