摘  要:本文对盘形凸轮机构中平底摆动从动件的理论长度进行了分析,给出了从动件理论长度的通用计算公式,并具体分析了等速、等加速、等减速等11种运动规律的从动件理论长度的计算公式或数值范围,编制了可求11种运动规律从动件理论长度具体数值及其发生位置的一维搜索程序,给出了计算实例,为精确设计平底摆动从动件长度提供了理论依据。The theoretical length of the flat-bottomed pendular driven member in the mechanisms of the plate can is analysed and a current calculating formula is given.The eleven motion patterns of the calculating formula or the range of numerical value of the theoretical length of the driven member is analysed,including uniform motion,uniform acceleration,uniform deceleration and so on.The one -dimension scouting program which can be used to calculate and locate concrete numerical value of the eleven motion paterns of the theoretical length of the driven member is worked out.The calculating examples are given.The theoretical basis for designing accurately the length of fiat-bottomed pendular driven is provided.
