氟硅酸制冰晶石联产白炭黑工艺研究

摘　　要：磷肥副产氟硅酸制备冰晶石的过程中联产白炭黑。通过单因素试验、正交试验研究了反应温度、氟硅酸滴加速度、酸化pH值、陈化温度等因素对制备的白炭黑比表面积和吸油值的影响。在适宜的工艺条件下,制备的白炭黑符合国标要求,比表面积140cm3/g^150cm3/g。The pro-product carbon white is made while cryoliteis prepared from fluosilicic acid -a by- product of a phosphate fertilizer factory. Through the single experiment and the orthogonal experiment, some factors are studied such as reaction temperature, filling rate of silicofluoric acid, the pH value of acidification, aging temperature, influence on the specific surface area and the oil absorption of the carbon white to obtain the best pro- cess condition; and the carbon white prepared is up to tb.e related national standard and the specific surface area of the carbon white is 140 cm^3/g - 150 cm^3/g.
