摘  要:本文介绍水生生物凤眼莲在4d内积累重金属镉和锌的情况。镉采用4mg/L浓度,锌采用40mg/L浓度。试验时间间隔为1d、2d、3d、和4d,试验对照组为3组。试验结果表明:凤眼莲对镉和锌在第1d吸收最强,溶液中金属浓度显著降低,之后吸收呈下降趋势。第4d时镉和锌在凤眼莲根和茎叶积累量达到最高,其中镉在茎叶和根中含量分别为162.93mg/kg和2127.27mg/kg;锌在茎叶和根中含量分别为1042.56mg/kg和8712.80mg/kg,相同时间段内凤眼莲对镉的生物吸收因子高于锌。The accumulation of heavy metals, Cadmium(Cd) and Zinc (Zn) in Eichhornia crassipes were studied in this article, E. crassipes were cultured in tap water with 4 mg/L Cd and 40 mg/L Zn and were separately harvested after 1,2,3 and 4 days. The accumulation study showed that there were increases of metal levels in plant tissue when the exposure times were increased. The Bioconcantration Factor of Cd were higher than that of Zn at the same duration,it is suggested that the accumulation potential of Cd was higher than that of Zn in E. crassipes.
