摘 要:采用缩窄腹主动脉建立大鼠心衰模型、左心室插管术测定心功能指标、放免法测定血浆AngⅡ、NE、ANP浓度的方法观察心衰康颗粒对慢性心衰大鼠的心功能的影响,结果表明:心衰大鼠心功能减退,血浆AngⅡ、NE和ANP水平显著升高;药物组心功能显著改善,血浆AngⅡ、NE水平显著降低,心衰康各组血浆ANP水平差异不显著。心衰康颗粒有改善心衰大鼠心功能的作用,其机制可能与调节AngⅡ、NE、ANP分泌有关。The rat model with HF was produced by constricting abdominal aorta, the contents of AngⅡ, ANP, NE in blood sample were measured by the method of radioimmunoassay,and Hemodynamic parameters, were measured by the method of catherization. In Order to investigate XinShuaiKang Granul on the heart function of chronic heart failure in Ratshs : The resuits showed that the heart function of model rats were evidently decreased and AnglI, ANP, NE in blood plasma were evidently enhanced;After administration four weeks, the heart function of the treated medicine groups were evidently improved and contents of AngⅡ, NE in plasma reduced, the contents of ANP in plasma of XinShuaiKang Granul rats were not notable enhanced. XinShuaiKang The condusion is that Granul could improve the heart function of CHF model rats, the regulation on CHF model rats in neuroendocrine is probably to one of the mechanisms of treating CHF.
