尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学分析仪及涂片显微镜检测尿红白细胞的分析研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨Diasys R／S-2003流式尿沉渣定量分析仪、Clinitek 500尿干化学分析仪、涂片显微镜检测尿红细胞（RBC）、白细胞（WBC）的临床应用价值。方法：随机选取我院500例住院或门诊患者标本，分别用Diasys流式尿沉渣定量分析仪、Clinitek 500尿干化学分析仪、涂片显微镜检测尿RBC、WBC，分析多个参数结果。结果：三种方法对尿液中RBC、WBC检出率较一致。三种方法对RBC检测敏感度稍高于WBC的敏感度。Diasys R／S-2003流式尿沉渣定量分析仪、Clinitek 500尿干化学分析仪、涂片显微镜镜检结合能大大提高对RBC、WBC检测的敏感度和准确度。结论：Diasys R／S-2003流式尿沉渣定量分析仪、Clinitek 500尿干化学分析仪敏感度较高，涂片显微镜镜检三者联合应用具有很高的准确性和敏感度，对泌尿生殖系统、循环系统、内分泌系统等疾病的诊断提供了可靠的数据。Objective Discussing the clinical value of erythrocyte and leukocyte in urine examined by Diasys R/S-2003 flow urine residue quantitative analyzing instrument, Clinitek 500 urine dry chemical analyzing instrument and smear microscopy respectively. Methods Randomly selected 500 samples from outpatients and inpatients, comparing the results of erythrocyte and leukocyte in urine examined by Diasys R/S-2003 flow urine residue quantitative analyzing instrument, Clinitek 500 urine dry chemical analyzing instrument and smear microscopy respectively. Results The results from those three instruments are consistent. Those three methods above have better sensitivity detecting erythrocyte than leukocyte. The combine use of three instruments above have very high sensitivity and accuracy. Conclusion They are able to provide reliable data for the diagnose of the diseases of genitourinary, circulation and incretion systems.
