成人麻疹的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨成人麻疹的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析我院近5年来210例成人麻疹发生的频率、临床特点、并发症和预后。结果：成人麻疹的发生率为64．8％；临床表现典型；并发症高达81％，以肝脏为主；预后良好。结论：为控制麻疹的发病率，除坚持疫苗接种外，还应对特定人群（成人）强化免疫及对流动人口进行应急接种或加强新疫苗的研制。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of measles in adults. Methods To analyse retrospectively the frequency, Clinical features, complication and prognosis of measles in adults, in 210 patients, in recent 5 years. Results The incidence of measles in adults was 64.8% ,the clinical features was typical. The complication rate was 81% ,especially in liver, but the prognosis was good. Conclusion To control the incidence of measles, besides incoculating vaccine, some measure shoud be taken such as immuning the special people including adults, incoculating the mobile group, and developing the new vaccine.
