摘　　要：设计一种多通道程序控制动态配气系统,系统以AT89S51单片机作为控制中心,利用2片4路12位并行输入、电压输出型D/A转换器件MAX526进行D/A转换,控制质量流量控制器和电磁阀等外部设备,其控制信号由PC端程序提供。该系统可同时动态配制多路标准气体。经测试,发现整个系统的响应快,精度高,操作简单。A multi-channel and dynamic dilution system was designed based on a singlechip AT89S51 as the control center. The conversion of digital-to-analog signals was achieved though two MAX526 chips with four 12-bit parallel input and voltage-output. The outside devices such as mass flow controllers and solenoid valves are controlled by the signals from the PC terminal procedure. The multi-channel diluted standard gases can be obtained dynamically with this system. The system was found to be quick response, precise, and easy to operate.
