缬沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察缬沙坦对充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的近期疗效。方法 将65例CHF患者随机分为2组，常规组治疗33例，缬沙坦组（80mg，1次／d）32例，分别于治疗前和治疗后6个月进行超声心动图监测。结果 缬沙坦组32例服用缬沙坦治疗的心衰患者中，显效20例，有效8例，总有效率为87．5％。常规治疗组中显效14例，有效8例，总有效率为66．7％。2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。缬沙坦组治疗后，左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）、左室收缩末期容积（LVESV）、每搏量（SV）、心排血量（CO）均较常规治疗组有显著好转（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论 缬沙坦能有效治疗心力衰竭。Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of Valsartan on patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods Sixty-five patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （ n = 33 ） was given routine therapy, and the treatment group （n = 32） was given Valsartan （80 mg, once a day） in addition to routine therapy. Echocardiography was performed before the treatment and 6 months later. Results Twenty cases were with apparent effective and 8 cases responded slightly in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was 87.5%. In control group ,there were 14 cases with apparent effective and 8 cases responded slightly,the total effective rate was 66.7%. The difference was obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. LVEF, LVEDV, LVESV,SV and CO were all improved at various degrees in the treatment group compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 -0.01 ）. Conclusions Valsartan can effectively control heart failure.
