脑卒中患者口服石蜡油干预便秘发生疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中急性期患者防治便秘的新方法。方法46例患者随机分为2组:对照组23例,采用粗纤维饮食,腹部按摩及适量多饮水的方法;观察组23例,口服石蜡油20ml,每晚睡前1次。统计比较2组患者7d内排便情况。结果观察组未见明显不良反应,显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性口服石蜡油是干预脑卒中急性期患者便秘发生的安全、有效的护理方法。Objective To explore new methods of preventing and curing cerebral apoplexy patients from constipation in the acute stage. Methods 46 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group （ n = 23 ）. Control group took a high-fiber diet and ventral massage and drank sufficient water. Experiment group orally took 20 ml liquid paraffin before sleeping daily, The state and times of defecation of each group during seven days were compared. Results No significant side effect was observed in the experimental group. The remarkable effective rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were high- er than that of the control group and there was significant different between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Preventive orally taking liquid paraffin in acute stage is a safe and effective nursing way of preventing constipation for cerebral apoplexy patients.
