摘　　要：目的为了减少经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)+支架术后拔管反应的发生。方法通过观察法对甲、乙2组各40例患者分别采用常规的拔管方法和除行常规拔管外配合护理干预。结果乙组比甲组拔管反应明显减少(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可减少拔管反应的发生率。Objective To investigate effect of nursing intervention on reducing the extubation response in patients with heart disease after pereutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty （PTCA） and stent implantation. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups （ n = 40）. The routine extubation was performed in Group A, and the nursing intervention was taken in group B based on the routine extubation. Results The extubation response in group B were less then that in group A. Conclusions Nursing intervention can reduced the extubation response in patients with PTCA.
