摘　　要：近年来,我国矿山事故频发,安全生产形势十分严峻。组织管理失误是造成事故产生的重要原因。文章在遵循组织设计原则的基础上,构建安全管理组织风险评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法对矿山企业安全管理的状况进行评价,并对评价结果提出改进建议。In recent years,more and more accident occured in mine enterprises.The situation＇of safety production is very severe.The defect of management and organization is an important reason. On the basis of according to the principle of organization design,safety organization construction of mine enterprise is designed and evaluation index system of safety management organization is built. Finally,it exerts fuzzy-synthesis evaluation method to analyze the present of safety management and puts forward proposal to improve safety management organization.
