摘　　要：在.NET框架下使ASP.NET、Web服务和Atlas技术构建一种分布式、大型集成的培训管理信息系统(TMIS),该系统主要包括网上报名、学籍管理、培训人员上课记录、成绩管理、网站、移动通信、学费管理、系统管理、课程管理、员工管理等子系统。并分析得出一种新的实现方法。Under the ASP. NET,the Web service and the Atlas technique set up the training management information system （TMIS） of a kind of distribute type,large integration under the . NET frame, that system mainly includes a net to report, student status management, train a personnel to have a class a record, result management, website, move correspondence, school fees management, system management, course management, employee management, etc. subsystem. Combine analysis is a kind of to carry out a method lately.
