摘　　要：根据我国逆向物流系统的特点,选择合适的企业运作模式是发展我国的逆向物流的关键因素之一。本文将自营、外包和联营这三种主要的逆向物流模式进行对比研究,分析了影响模式选择的因素,在此基础上构建企业逆向物流模式选择的评价体系,建立了企业逆向物流模式选择的模糊综合评价模型。最后用具体的算例进行了分析。According to the characteristics of reverse logistics system, model selection is the main factor influences enterprise to successful implementation. The paper has a research on selfemployed, compares the outsourcing and logistics alliance models and analyzes the influential factors. On the basis of above, the evaluating indicator system of reverse logistics modes selection is established. The article builds up the reverse logistics modes selection of enterprise by fuzzy evaluating. At last, using a example to illustrate the evaluation process.
