摘　　要：阐述了产业集群和区域核心竞争力的概念,从形成区域创新系统、提高企业生产效率、通过集聚效应加大加强集群本身、通过资源共享效应促进"区域品牌"形成等四个方面,分析了产业集群是提高区域核心竞争力的关键因素,亦是区域经济发展的有效路径。同时针对张家口市产业集群的现状提出了促进张家口市产业集群发展的建议。The concept of industrial cluster and core competition was illustrated in this article. The conclusion, which the industrial cluster is the critical factor for the increase of core competition and the effect path of development of regional economy, was drawn from four factors as constructing regional innovation system, increasing enterprises efficiency, integration .effect resulting in industrial cluster stronger, resource sharing effect producing regional brand. Advice was put out to promote development of industrial cluster of Zhangjiakou city.
