摘  要:对分离自土壤的短短芽孢杆菌JK-2菌株对番茄枯萎病菌的防治效果和抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明:JK-2对番茄枯萎病菌的盆栽防效和田间防效分别为83.82%、74.70%。该菌株能抑制枯萎病菌菌丝的生长,当其无菌滤液终浓度为15%时,对菌丝生长的抑制率达到81.69%。JK-2菌株对病菌孢子萌发也有较强的抑制作用。扫描电镜观察结果:JK-2菌株可造成菌丝消解、产生泡状物、破坏生长点、引起细胞内含物外溢。Brevibacillus brevis JK-2 isolated from the soil was studied for its biocontrol effect and inhibition against the pathogen of tomato Fusarium wilt. The results showed JK-2 strain exhibited 83.82 % and 74.70% of control effectiveness in pot and field experiments, respectively. JK-2 strongly inhibited mycelium growth of F. oxysporum f. sp. radicis lycopersici. When concentration of the crude culture filtrate was 15%, the inhibition of JK-2 reached 81.69%. It had strong antagonistic effect on spore germi- nation. The results of observation under scanning electron microscope illustrated that JK-2 could dissolve the mycelial, produce bubbles in the cell plasma, destroy the growth points and cause the leak of cytoplasmic components.
