摘　　要：西欧社会民主党的纲领一度失去了一定特质、淡化了理想,使社会民主党在20世纪90年代初的大选中连遭败绩。经过长期不懈的讨论、探索,西欧社会民主党在坚持社会主义的核心价值的同时,对经济政策、福利体制、民主人权、党的属性和党内民主、与左翼政党的关系、在全球化条件下的和平安全观、建立多边的国际合作体系和可持续发展等诸多问题,作出了新的阐述,提出了新的纲领和政策,在90年代末期纷纷上台执政。这说明社会民主党对西欧未来仍然有很大的影响力。The creed of the Social Democratic Party of Western Europe loses its characteristics and weakens its ideal, resulting in the defeat in the election in the 1990s. Through lasting discussion and inquiry, it proposes new creed and policy and expounds many issues such as economic policy, welfare system, the democratic rights of man, nature of the Party, democracy inside the Party, relation with left-winged party, concept of peace and safety against globalization, the establishment of multilateral international cooperative system and sustainable development. Party members begin to come into power in late 1990s. This indicates this Party still exerts great influence on the future.
