高频电波刀和激光治疗慢性宫颈炎的比较研究

摘　　要：目的：评价高频电波刀手术治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效性和安全性。方法：将308例慢性宫颈炎患者分为高频电波刀治疗188例（治疗组）和激光手术治疗120例（对照组）,所有慢性宫颈炎病例术后通过妇科检查、超声及患者的主要症状随访4周至6个月,比较两组的治疗时间和治疗效果。结果：治疗组188例中宫颈糜烂及宫颈息肉均一次性手术成功,两组手术后均无严重并发症。治疗组手术时间3min（1-10min）,对照组为6min（4-15min）。治疗组总的术后满意率为98.94%（186/188）,治疗宫颈息肉满意率为100%;对照组分别为90.83%（109/120）（P〈0.001）,70.59%（P〈0.01）。结论：高频电波刀手术治疗慢性宫颈炎是一种有效而安全的方法,与激光手术治疗比较手术时间短,手术成功率提高。Objective ：To evaluate the efficiency effect and safety of loop electrical excision procedure in the treatment of various chronic cervicitis. Methods ：188 cases with chronic cervicitis in study group were treated by loop electrical excision procedure. 120 cases with chronic cervicitis in the control group were treated by laser surgery. All the cases were followed up in 4weeks-6months after surgery treatment. The efficacy and safety of the treatment were analyzed. Results ： All surgeries were successfully done, no severe complication occurred peri-operation and post-operation. In the study group ,the mean surgery time was 3min（1-10min） vs 6min（4~15min） of control group. The total satisfaction rate in study got 98.94% （186/188） vs 90. 83% （109/120） in control group and it reached 100% for Cervical Polyp vs 70. 59% in laser group during follow up. There was significant difference between the two groups in surgery time and surgery efficacy （P〈0. 001 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusions ：Loop electrical excision procedure provides a safe and effective method for treating chronic cervicitis.
