摘　　要：报告４例盆腔脂肪增多症病人。诊治中发现１例伴腹内及腹膜后脂肪增多，３例治疗后血压及临床症状均有改善。认为常规Ｘ线及ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ检查是诊断该病的关键措施，外科治疗应根据病人的情况施以不同的手术。cases of pelvic lipomatosis were reported,one of them being associated with celiac and retroperitoneal lipomatosis.Amelioration of the clinical symptoms and hypertension were observed in the other 3 cases after surgical and/or medical managements.Routine X ray film and CT or MRI scanning were the most valuable diagnostic procedures.Option of surgical procedure depends on the actual condition of the disease.
